Sales Manager (Suzhou)​

Responsibilities:

1. Lead regional sales operations for single-cell manipulation, sorting, and analysis equipment, targeting universities, enterprises, and research institutes in biopharma and life sciences. Develop and maintain client relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure payment collection.

2. Identify and manage key accounts, distributors, and partners to establish long-term collaborations.

3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including quarterly/annual plans, to meet regional objectives.

4. Adhere to company sales policies, complete required client visits, project follow-ups, and sales tasks.

5. Manage the sales team, including training material development, system implementation, and product training for distributors/agents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.

2. 5+ years of sales experience in life science research instruments (preferred: flow cytometry, microfluidics).

3. Established client network in universities, research institutes, or biopharma R&D enterprises.

4. Strong communication, logical planning, and team management skills.

5. Integrity, proactive attitude, and high execution capability.

6. 5–8 years of work experience; willingness to travel frequently.
